For some reason when I did an image search on “open thread” this turned up, no idea why, but it made me chuckle!

    Yeah eprof2, haven’t seen a streak like this since the 2007 push to the World Series. But we’ve still got a ways to go to catch the Giants and Dodgers.

  7. So what do think is going to happen in Iran folks? You know Ahmedinejad went to Russia today for some regional summit. Could he be hedging his bets? I wonder if he’s traveling with a lot of hard currency.

    Hard to believe that “Hee Haw” premiered 40 years ago today. Roy Clark and Buck Owens were great, but my favorite was Junior Samples, who had a bumper sticker on his truck that said “If you can read this you’re following too close.” He had it on his front bumper…
