Last American Combat Troops Leave Iraq

Last night (early this morning in Iraq), solders from the 4th Stryker Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, were the last combat troops to leave Iraq.  This is ahead of the 2011 schedule negotiated withdrawal during the end of the Bush administration.

While there will be about 50,000+ troops remaining as advisers, trainers and special ops forces, this is a milestone in this war worth celebrating.
